Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original Hydroh Bottle packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
